Hi All, just replaced my Shimano 105 RD and 12-27 cassette with the SRAM Apex medium RD along with the SRAM 11-32 cassette on my Specialized Secteur Elite. The issue I'm having is that no matter how much adjustments I make for indexing, it simply won't shift to either the highest or lowest cog on the cassette. I can adjust the cable tension so it shifts into the 32 cog but then it won't shift into the 11 cog without more adjustment. The opposite happens if I adjust it to shoft into the 11 cog.

The chain is a brand new SRAM 1091R sized correctly. Any help would be appreciated.
