I did exactly this.
I also explained who Justin Bieber Was.

I have now had three e-mails back and forth with Chad at FSA.

Not only has he been exceptionally gracious, he provided me part numbers, prices, and photos (that I think he took himself) of the parts in questions. He explained they were not currently at the web store, and gave me tips on how to get them by either giving the part numbers to my LBS or calling him derectly.

I am more than satisfied with the service I have received.

I am a big ass, who jumped to conclusions while stewing in my enraged emotional cesspool.

However, I am not on blow. Caffeine, maybe a few beers, yes, blow, no.
