as it so happens, I am quite well acquainted with FSA's base in Woodinville, WA - and I know a good bit about their customer service.
Feel free to have your opinion, I and everyone that I know who has had problems with FSA has been satisfied with their business model around here.
They aren't IndyFab, nor do they hold themselves up to be, nor are they priced accordingly.
I am very satisfied with them in all my dealings with them, as are my team mates, and we all ride heaps of FSA products (including my latest set of wheels two weeks ago, and my next set of wheels next season)
I am sorry you seem to have had such a poor experience of them.
