I think that's upside down Nitto RB021 with ends cut off. You know you can get those as narrow as 380mm. Not a bad idea as it seems. Promenade bars are a bit too wide for most of us.
P.S. My clavicle is fine. Stitched up and pampered by lady-nurses. Who said pampered by lady-nurses are good!? That man must've been deranged. (Oh no offense to nurses here. It just pain in a butt to be a patient, you see?)
