Update
I bought the rollers. I took my clipless pedals off and put cages on.
It took me about a minute to ride with out bumping into the wall constantly. It is a lot more work than riding on the road, however it feels a lot more realistic than riding on a trainer and that is what I was looking for.
Mounting and dismounting is the biggest challenge and I haven't gotten it down yet. Riding is simply riding. The only gotcha is being aware of where you are on the rollers.

The rollers are smooth and was easy to put together.
All in all, a good deal and exactly what I was looking for. I won't get bored riding inside now.
