Numbness
Hi folks. I am 5'8" and 224 lbs and I just started using a road bike in August for the first time in 27 years. It was tough to get used to being in a saddle at first but I bought a more comfy saddle and some bike shorts and it really seemed to help. That is until now. Yesterday I made a 60 mile trip (farthest I've ever gone in my life and surprised the heck out of me). The problem is my junk got quite numb and it still is somewhat this morning. Should I be concerned? Should I see a doctor? Am I possibly sitting the wrong way? Is it just too much pressure from my heavy body to go that far? I obviously feel pretty comfortable or I wouldn't be able to ride for 4 hours and I had no idea I was numb until I got home. Any input/advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
