My 2010 Trek 7.7 is 22.5" and I am 6'1" . Because of the longer top tube, it's more comfortable for me to ride than the 20". My previous bike - a 2009 7.2 FX - was a 20" and I would hunch over as I ride because the top tube was shorter.
