I thought I answered but my answer was a non-answer. So..

Won the Bethel Spring Series Cat 3-4. I realized that a lot of guys don't necessarily race against me so I'm putting an asterisk next to this one. I try and win this every year, succeeded only a few times in 17 years.

Did a lot of races - didn't miss any Tues Night Worlds. All Cat 3s, no masters. Supportive wife helps.

Did one "B" race at Bethel Summer Series (after riding 4.5 hours in sweltering heat to the course) and barely finished, but managed to do a leadout before sitting up.

Worked hard for a couple teammates. I wish I was stronger because I love being a domestique.

Upgraded to Cat 2 (been dreaming about it since 1983... yes, that's before some of you were born).

Got a custom fit frame. Been dreaming of that since about 1995. Huge difference in comfort, more significant than anything else on the bike. I wish I'd ante'ed up back then. I've threatened but not yet committed to getting a second frame.

Did some work for Interbike.tv

Helped with the first Pedal4Paws charity ride (and rode it)

Stayed about 25-30 lbs lighter than last year's race weight

Recovered from double fracture of pelvis

btw I don't think I have 18 wins in my life, forget about in a season. Holy smokes.
