Gorgeous morning here... the commute to my shop is only about 30 steps (on a good day) but had to make a house call and got out for a nice ride and got to test the new brake set up on my winter bike which got transformed from a fixed gear to a 3 speed yesterday.

Hub is smooth but cranky about shifting into first... at 45 years old it is just like me in that it moves but sometimes complains a little.
