2 bolt -- I wear frogs.
The nature of a frog cleat is you can walk directly on them without pontoons or whatever, so you can mount them on any shoe that will take two bolts. However, we have a lot of bamboo flooring at home, and I walk quite a bit indoors since my bike is parked a considerable distance from my desk so I really do want a walkable sole rather than a road shoe.
MTB is serviceable, but I was hoping for something slicker and lighter than the roughly 730g I currently have.
