Well, speaking only for myself, here... I come to this forum because I like old bikes. I like the styling, the geometry, and to some degree I like the componentry. I'm not opposed to "just about every new road bike sold" by any means; I'm just not interested in them. This Salsa bike... well, it may be a fine bike, I'm just not that interested.
