I kind of have one... The frame is from an old beach cruiser but it has mountain bars, no kickstand, no chainguard, and a mountain bike seat. I use it to go to the grocery store and bank. (both about a mile round trip) It was light blue but I spraypainted it black, and there are chips where the blue shows through. It's lovely.
