TS, chances are, your PCP now won't be your PCP next year, no matter who you choose or who recommends them. Primary care physicians are the lowest paid doctors and turnover is on par with McDonalds. At least that has been my experience. I'm on my fifth one in five years.
I had my old Dr. for about 10 years now. I was kind of attached to her, and some of the other staff there. That's probably why I'm so grumpy about it. You could be right though, Mr. TS has gone through a couple because of retirement/relocation/acquisitions over the past few years. I'll see what he has to say about the new place and go from there.
