16" wheels--if the owner is willing to part with it cheap, I might go for this one.

Oglaend Perfekt DeLuxe "Kombi Lux" made in Norway:

Not folding, but separable. There's a slot near the bottom bracket where the front part slides in, then is cinched down with the wheel/screw in back of the seatpost. Front drum brake, rear coaster brake. Like this one a lot, too; has potential for a R20-ish conversion.

Columbia "Magneet"(?):

Another separable bike, but this one's pretty interesting--SA 3sp rear w/ coaster brake, shifter is on the top tube. Seat slides way down or is removable, separable at the headtube so that the front fork and handlebars come off as a unit. Also, handlebars remove with quick release. Crazy bike.
