That's what I was thinking too!
There is the possibility that someone was being malicious but if it's an isolated incident more likely some kid not engaging their brain (something I think we're all guilty of - some as adults too)
Is that justified as a pat on the back?
I mean we all are guilty of doing stupid spur of the moment things...but some actions require stronger discipline!
