I'm actually faster than when I was younger.
4. How long have you been biking? New, around a while, biked all your life?
Been into bikes on and off for years. Came back in 2008 (hopefully for good).
5. What type of biking do you do? Long rides, touring, short rec rides.
Approx 80 road mi/week, 4-5K feet vertical gain. 1 singlespeed ride a week to build leg strength.
6. How often do you bike? Your approximate annual mileage?
3-4 days/wk, 3500-4000 mi/yr.
