This one (sku 13004)

Is of course the famous Fenix mount. Probably better suited to medium sized torches rather than small torches, I use one of these on my seatpost with one of DX's amazing high power red LED torches.
Mine came with black screws not orange. It rattles way too much because of the pivot. I stopped the rattling by wrapping cable ties very tightly. Unfortunately it rubs on my legs when attached to my seat post. I have it on my seat post because the other mounts had my taillight pointed downward too much. The seat post isn't perpendicular to the ground and the pivot allowed me to have it pointed slightly down. It's also too wide and big.
This one is picky with lights. I have to unscrew the base of the light just to fit the light on. One flashlight worked but in a certain spot of the light and but other two didn't. I'm using 18650 lights and one is too narrow. I mean it holds it but I can still slide the light out when it's tightened all the way. It mounts securely to the frame. If the light is compatible it looks like it would work.
Only three I tried and frankly I'm not satisfied with them. It took a month to get my stuff from DX. One headlight changes modes from bumps while riding but that was with the rattling Fenix mount. Screw part is slightly bent. Not sure about the other light yet but it gets hot very fast.
I'm going to get a couple Twofish lockblocks and hope they work unlike the garbage above.
