Get some knob things from Peter White.
I used this with my dual E6s on my LeMond with carbon fork.
Don't overtighten. Use a bit of electrical tape to keep them from sliding.
Works great.

I've also used the TerraCycle mounts with my Ixon. No pics, as its on my town bike now and just rides on the handlebars:
