I got yelled at on the MUP yesterday. I thought I was being nice by calling out 'on your left' and giving him a wide birth but instead of a "thanks" i got "slow down! 8 miles per hour!" which is allegedly the speed limit. I didn't call out to him when I lapped him the next time but decided not to buzz him.

I might have to find some nice sidestreets nearby and give those a shot.
