I'll go out on a branch here and speculate that Terri Schiavo wasn't 'dieting.' At least, not in any conventional sense.

If you look, Lug has pointed out that all he's doing is sensible eating (not starving himself) and that he's added exercise (not further starvation).

The kind of bull**** that is trying to be put forward is connected with weight loss associated with anorexia and bolemia; crash dieting, dehydration dieting, etc.

He's not talking deprivation, he's talking moderation and potentially portion control.

I really hate when the cookie cutter is dropped and everybody BETTER eat exactly this, and not lose anymore than XX or else they're being unhealthy.

Welcome to the cycle that's purpetuated an entire society into obesity under the guise of 'safe dieting' through modern means.

Give up the crap and you'd be amazed how much weight you can lose in 10 weeks with proper exercise.

No soda
No fast food
No red meat
------------
weight loss that could
be measured in the
50-100 lbs range

(no, I have zero empirical evidence)
