All - Thank YOU so much for your responses. Here are some more clarifications/questions and many of them may be rather stupid for knowledgeable folks such as yourself:

- The vote seems to be for Pinarello over Fuji. Keeping both of these makes aside, and assuming I am looking for something in the $2.5K range, would you suggest some other bikes/makes
- I currently ride a size 58cm and I see that Pinarello makes odd sizes only (did not see a 58cm bike). Would it be a problem if i bought a 57 cm or 59 cm instead?
- The bike on sale at Competitive Cyclist is a 57cm with a SRAM crankset.
