How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?
I'm not quite as flexible as I once was, but I haven't a clue if I've slowed down!
How long have you been biking? New, around for a while, biked all your life?
I rode like a mad woman as a child, all the way up through my teenage years. That stopped until I was 53, even though friends had bought me the Cannondale for my 45th birthday (I didn't ride it). I finally got on the Cannondale at 53, worked through the pain, the weight loss, and here I am - dedicated and rabid!
What type of rides do you do? Long rides, touring, short rec rides?
All road riding. Mostly solo riding, some medium distance group rides, some triathlon riding, some long distance rides. I've yet to do a century, but that is way up there on my to do list.
How often do you bike? What is your approximate annual mileage?
I try to ride daily, either on the road or on the trainer. I ride 3000 - 4000 miles per year.
