Back in the Saddle Again
My other sport is volleyball, and perhaps the most common injury there is a sprained ankle. I got one of my own a couple of weeks ago, and to add insult to injury, I couldn't ride my bike!
Finally, late last week I rode a couple of miles very slowly, then the next day a few more miles at a little faster pace. Today I rode seven miles at 90%, and I feel GOOD!
Watch out world... I'm back!
