You have done an amazing job, so be ccareful about switching or changing strategies. Don't take what is working and change it to something that may or may not work.

I would assess what worked best for you, and do more, and what worked least for you - and do less of that. I would add something new and interesting, such as completing the "Ride the Rockies" tour in Colorado (just one of many state bicycling tours) which would give you a really challenging and interesting goal to work towards, creating an additional and notably higher level of fitness.

I think the triathlon is an excellent idea. Do you swim? If not, take some lessons.

In any event, you express yourself so well as you write. Maybe that is another outlet?

I love your past goals.
