If it's just me, once. If it's a really long ride twice.

If I'm with people it seems like all we do is stop. It's alright though, it's worth it to have someone to talk to.


On a gravel group ride you stop everytime you turn to let people catch up and know where to turn. Gravel around here is built in a 1 mile spaced grid, so there's plenty of ways to get lost and never find the group.
