Ok seriously.
This thread is way over analyzing the differences between sub $150 wheelsets. At that price point, there just isn't that much of a difference. Find some wheels, take them to your LBS for proper tensioning and ride the **** out of them. Put grease in occasionally.
A well-built/tensioned wheel will last forever as long as you service the hub often enough. You're clearly not racing and I'm willing to bet you don't abuse you bike nearly as much as you think you do, so stop agonizing and just buy the damn wheels.
