That's what I'd consider their "high end" frames.

I have no doubt that Asia makes good high end frames.
But besides the others mentioned, Trek, Colango, Time and
Pinarello's high end frames (my def: best) are NOT made in Asia.
"Made in" doesn't necessarily mean the entire bike was constructed in that country. If the majority of the value of the bike was added in a particular nation, the bike is claimed to be made in said nation i.e. the frame was constructed in Taiwan but painted, and assembled in France, and if the majority of the bike's worth was added in France, the bike is said to be made in France. The majority of frames are constructed in Asia nowadays. There are articles all over the place regarding this.
