Howard, I lift two times a week and cycle three times. PLus take care of the house, two cars and two dogs plus a wife in Menopause!!!
And, I've been working out for 25 years, have a complete gym in the basement where I do all sorts of resistance exercises (including lots and lots of pushups and planks), swim 4-5 hours per week, bicycle 150 miles per week, walk many miles per week., stretch and eat pretty healthily.
Right at this time, I don't need a motivator or a cheer leader. I don't know about others.
