I bought my '99 K2 Flyin' Monkey (msrp $1499) for $550 off eBAY back in 2000, from a guy in Arkansas. It looked almost brand new. I suppose I got ripped off, huh?

Like someone said earlier, you have to have enough sense to know what is or isn't a good deal. If you think paying MSRP prices or maybe $50 less @ your LBS is a good deal, then go for it....
