Hoping to not get flamed here...but I need help...
I am really new to cycling...bought my first bike about 6 months ago...I think i pushed myself too much too fast, and now every time I get on my bike I almost dread it. I am typically a very logical person but when it comes to cycling my brain is acting very illogically...any suggestions with how I can enjoy it again? When I first started, I think I enjoyed it so something is obvisously different now.
My typical schedule is 1-2 long rides a week (around 40 miles) and 1-2 shorter rides (15-20 miles). I am a little on the slow side averaging 14-15MPH. I run the rest of the time (running I have found I enjoy ALOT) and end up working out 5-6 days a week.

But the only thing holding you back is your equipment I don't know if you can afford it but thats whats holding you back you're no longer a beginner!! Your Move!!!
