Well, this race has 20,000 people, so if she is winning then she's really fast. In small 500ish person races I usually don't have many women beating me. About 50 women ran faster at this race last year than the time I'm shooting for Sunday.
She did tell me she was fast enough this year to start in the first corral (whatever that means).
I am quite sure you're safe though. I seem to recall her jaw dropped when I asked her if your run split in a tri was fast.
