Funny, I too just had my 1200 repainted in Wisconsin, ...It took some time over 4 weeks, I went with a hyper canary yellow so I would be visible, I'm happy with the results. Sounds like you have nice components waiting for yours
I too like the 1200 quite a bit, its a light frame. You don't see Reynolds 753 too much. I put some carbon stuff on it, Bontrager carbon cranks, Easton carbon seat post, and matching carbon Kestrel EMS bars, with the Mavic Cosmos , I found a bargain of a 105 setup from someone who wanted to go with DA, so saved some money there, with an Ultegra BB, a SRAM cassette and a SRAM hollow link chains, it weighs in at 17 pounds. I ride about 75 to 100 miles a week, so the Waterford is my daily ride, I like riding through the Presidio, across Golden Gate and down to San Rafael, this is comfortable bike to do some hills in San Francisco, You have a nice bike, Waterfords are very smooth bikes, like riding in the back seat of a Lincoln Town Car or a Mercedes Benz <grin>...
