Uhhh, I ride for fun and enjoyment. Not sure what not stopping has to do with not enjoying the ride. If I don't stop, the enjoyment continues that much longer without stopping!
The question then is "what do you enjoy?" Many people, including a surprising number of bike tourists, enjoy the physical act of riding the most. Personally, I don't. So I find my joy in other aspects of the ride.
