What's weird thing is, most chain breaking tools do not seem to support the chain evenly as the prongs and they usually sit against different sideplates with one on a different level than the other. it presents a slightly crooked situation when you start screwing down on the pusher and applying presure on the pin being removed which sometimes makes for less than perfectly smooth pin pushing. For some reason, I don't seem to remember the same problem with the chain breaker I was using back in the 80's. Can they design chain breakers with offset prongs so this is not the case?
I have the crooked thing happening with two chain breakers I bought this year (One a Park and the other maybe a spin doctor? I don't remember, a prong broke off it and it's gone now)........
