Count me among the masses who will never sell on ebay again. I'm done after this.

I know a lot of you folks either sell or have sold in the past on ebay a fair amount so I'm just lookin to hear what other's experiences have been...

I have a buyer who claims the item I sold him is not working properly. It was fine when it left my house. He didn't ask for insurance on the package but I shelled out for it anyway just in case. Clearly stated in the auction is "Item sold As-is, No Returns". Now the buyer is asking me "what I'm gonna do about it" . I told him to file a claim with USPS.

am I out of line?
