--- Ummm... OK... right. If it was my project, I would get (yet another) wrench and clamp it in the bench vise with just enough exposed to fit into the recess. Clamp it sticking straight up, then lift the bike onto it horizontally and try rotating the frame. After that, I have no new ideas.
