seems a little too vague....was it a new unused item?......was it damaged in transit and now doesn't work?.....has it simply ceased to work?...did they ever get it to work?...do they know how to use the item?? Assuming it is a used working item (covers everything I've ever sold) I'd help the buyer every way I could via email to make it work; but no refunds on an "as-is" purchase....caveat emptor.....
