1. Install wider chainring spacers on the Trek mtb
2. Install front and rear racks on the Trek mtb
3. Install panniers - and admire.
4. Glue tubular tires on Mavic rims and install on Trek 510

Might all happen - might not. Depends how good the college football game is tomorrow that we're going to and whether I stay for the whole thing or leave early.
