In that picture of the tires, the rider seems perfectly clean and non-sweaty. Having handled my share of tires through the years, I can't imagine getting them all stacked up like that without looking like a mess yourself. So yeah, makes me wonder if the pictures weren't staged. Reminds me also of the camper tricycle, where the project as a whole was in fact a photo project.
