So i thought this thread would be nice for people to show their most recent bike they bought.
Anyways i just picked this up yesterday, here's a quick pic, i will post more after i clean it and whatnot.
I never thought i'd own a Steve Bauer, I was just meeting this guy cause i was going to buy the bike and flip it. The picture he used on craigslist was terrible, but i thought it would be a nice money maker to sell to some hipster. but when i saw the bike in person i think i fell in love with it
, it had 105 everything, i couldn't believe it. It could be another addition to the stable, cause for the super deal of the price i got it at, it wouldn't hurt the pockets to have another bike.
Yes i know it's pink, but only the manliest of men can ride a pink bike.
Anyways don't know much about where it ranked but here are the stats:
- Cromoly Infinity Tange frame
- Shimano 105 EVERYTHING...., Crank, rear derailleaur, front derailleaur, brakes, hubs, downtube shifters, brake levers are 105, but they say SLR, so i don't know what the difference that is from regular 105.
- Nitto Stem and drop bars, so that's really nice
Anyways if you guys have any more info on the bike that'd be great, i don't know where infinity tange frames rank but it's really light, i'm more into the columbus and renolds frames. if you can tell me that'd be great.
i'm guessing this is a late 80's bike?
