I have probably raised my seat a bit from when I started, but otherwise have not felt the need to make many adjustments.

I got my new "bombproof" wheel over the weekend so hopefully it will be many miles before I see another borken spoke. The LBS did a brake tune-up when they did the wheel changeover so things are running nicely. I surprised myself on Friday by making the 12 mile trip home in 55 minutes. My best previous time had been just over an hour. Had to get home to pick up my son in time, so I had to push myself. Not in the league with Mars and the legendary Hammer Bob, but it was nice personal best (if a little bit tiring).

Temps in the 50s with bright sunshine made a nice ride in this morning. It keeps getting easier to maintain a good pace, one more sign of progress. Enjoy bike to work week wherever you are.
