I believe I was the one that suggested it was a '80s frame because of the cable routing but that was just a guess. different brands changed that at different times
T-Mar is asking for a pic of where the rear wheel attaches to the frame.
also he wants you to look in the bottom of the steerer tube (where the front brake is attached) you may need a flashlight (torch?) and see if there are raised ridges like rifling in a gun barrel. that will help indicate the quality of the tubing
