Joe Kurmaskie. I'll be finishing that one today. I've found it to be entertaining but not that informative. The story about running across the Elvis impersonators was enough reason to consider touring.
Though I'm not sure what I would expect to find in an all informative book. It seems like it would boil down to a list of essentials, which might change from rider to rider or subject to change for locations. Still, I too would be interested in such a read if some of you could help narrow down the selections for us.
