I am open to all criticism but I really find 3 out of 5 of your "observations" useless, degrading and demeaning.

1. Have you ever been to a former eastern bloc city?
2. I like water fountains?
3. The dog? Really? Since when do cyclists run over dogs?

Other than that :

The rolling is indeed a bit wobbly but only for the first couple seconds, until it becomes stable.
The handlepost hinge isn't really as strong as it seems.
