Everything has been discussed to death. All that is left is insulting the OP. Eventually, all the insults will wear out and technology in cycling will advance enough so that new questions can be asked until THOSE wear out, then we go back to insults, repeat.

By the way, and not to hijack this thread, what chain lube should I use on my bike? It's a Cervelo RS, by the way. THE best bike money can buy, if you didn't already know that.
