Went out in the 30-45 MPH winds yesterday. I have never worked so hard to get 30 miles in 2 hours before. My arms and back are sore from balancing in the crosswind, my legs are sore from spinning against the wind with no more gear to get to, and hammering to enjoy the speed of the tailwind. I love it, can't wait to go out tomorrow. That said, don't go out if you don't have a strong sense of balance to hold your line.
