I am not goint to read the responses mostly because I am both lazy and tired. To be that far forward you need to work a LOT on core strength, even if you are already strong. I suggest riding rollers in that position. The flandis looks good with your head low. You are wasting your time with it high. As for the more traditional, flat hand look, you can't necessarily go wrong with that. Hands high is not always aerodynamically better. Test it in the tunnel to be sure. Lastly, I will not say that youa re too far forward on the saddle, but if you want to be that far forward, you have room to move the saddle up, so unless you are holding onto some UCI position, slide the saddle forward on the rails and get a little more saddle under you.
