I'm not ashamed to say it......I got the plus. I LOVE the dang thing. It's been very good for my private parts on long distance rides. And when the leather finally started to come apart from the seams after years of use I tried to get get one of the smaller padded versions. It didn't work for me though for extended distance rides. I ended up getting yet another plus version.

If you weight weenies have been trying to make due with the carbon versions of the selle smp then more power to you guys. But don't be surprised if they are uncomfortable.
Get the larger sized padded versions...especially the strike plus or simply plus as it's called now.

Swallow your pride and buy the plus. You'll end up being more comfortable.
