I wasn't going to say that, specifically, but Spudd makes a point worth elaborating on. There really wasn't enough information in the OP to offer a well-considered opinion about cause (if that's even what you want - I certainly understand the need to simply vent; I do it often myself). You'd really need to say something about eating during those days, any unusually high sodium intake, and all those more delicate matters Spudd alluded to.
