Thanks for the links and the suggestions! I'm going to have to play around with it myself for a while. I have a shim on the left side. It's the reason I had to get cycle pedals and shoes. When I was fit at the time, everything felt fine. I'm afraid if I go in again for a fit, it's all going to feel fine when I'm on the trainer.

When I stand and practice walking in place and stop, my feel end up straight. When I sit on a ledge and let my feet dangle, my left foot points out to the left slightly, so I'll try adjusting the cleat.

I also can't bike without holding on anymore. I wobble a lot. I'm not sure if that is a sign or not. I was able to bike really well without holding on for years when I had flat pedals.
